How to Manually Restore a Database Backup

Note: The following method cannot be used to restore compressed backups.

1. Add the .zip extension to your backup file and extract it.

2. Stop the Ragic service.

3. Delete all contents under the cust/data/default directory in your original Ragic installation, and replace them with the extracted contents from cust/data/default.

4. Delete all contents under the cust/def/app/default directory in your original Ragic installation, and replace them with the extracted contents from cust/def/app/default.

5. Restart the Ragic service, and you’re all done.
